- Workspace Content: Prompts, instructional documents, audio recordings, custom voice samples, and curriculum materials submitted to the platform.
- Billing Records: Transaction references, invoicing details, and payment histories.
- Usage Telemetry: Session metadata, compute metrics, and system diagnostic logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected data to operate and maintain our autonomous agents, voice streaming infrastructure, and video synthesis engines, process billing, prevent security incidents, and comply with regulatory requirements.
3. Model Training & Tier-Differentiated Data Retention
We structure data retention based on your organization tier:
- Starter & Growth Tiers: De-identified inputs, prompts, and generated outputs may be retained to evaluate system performance and improve platform capabilities. Organizations can opt out of model improvement training at any time via their dashboard Privacy Controls.
- Enterprise Dedicated Tiers: Enterprise customer inputs, prompts, voice samples, and outputs are strictly excluded from public model training under our zero-retention guarantee. Enterprise data is used solely to fine-tune private, custom models dedicated to the enterprise's isolated workflows, deployed within their dedicated private environment.
4. Storage Security & Workspace Isolation
Generated artifacts are stored in private, multi-tenant buckets. Access is restricted to authorized organization members via authenticated, time-limited secure streaming endpoints.
5. Data Subject Rights & Compliance
In accordance with data protection laws including the Ghana Data Protection Act and international standards, you hold the right to access, rectify, export, or permanently erase your personal data, stored voice models, and generated assets by contacting privacy@ananselabs.org.
