1. Acceptance & Registration
By creating an account, accessing Ananse Labs APIs, invoking autonomous agents, using our integrations, or deploying voice and video pipelines, you agree to these Terms. If you represent an organization or corporate entity, you warrant that you hold express legal authorization to bind that organization.
2. Organizations, Team Seats & Security
Access is provisioned through multi-tenant organization workspaces governed by your active tier: Starter for single-user workspaces, Growth & Scale with 7 pooled team seats included base, expandable at GHS 49 per additional user monthly, and Enterprise Dedicated for custom seat allocations. Administrators must ensure team credential confidentiality and revoke access for departed members.
3. Content Rights: Inputs & Outputs
Your Input: You retain all intellectual property rights, title, and ownership interest in and to your Input, including prompts, documents, training datasets, voice references, and media.
Your Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ananse Labs hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to Output generated by our models and agents, including explainer videos, audio episodes, lesson write-ups, and interactive quizzes. You may use Output for any lawful commercial purpose.
Similarity of Output: Due to the probabilistic nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique across users, and identical prompts submitted by other users may generate similar responses.
4. Metering, Prepaid Wallets & Extra Top-Ups
Resource consumption (voice minutes, agent reasoning turns, speech synthesis, transcription, and explainer video rendering) is metered in real-time in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). Monthly subscription allowances are credited directly to your organization wallet. If monthly limits are exceeded, organizations may purchase on-demand extra credit top-ups. Unused base monthly quotas do not roll over.
5. Prohibited Uses & Safety Restrictions
You agree not to use our models, APIs, or autonomous agents to: (a) generate illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or violent material; (b) conduct non-consensual voice cloning or deceptive biometric impersonation; (c) reverse-engineer or attempt model extraction; (d) deploy automated mass spam across messaging channels; (e) represent that synthetic output is human-generated without disclosure; or (f) violate applicable laws.
6. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability & Termination
Service Disclaimer: Services are provided "as is". Except as required by law, Ananse Labs makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: Ananse Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms.
